This OnlyFans Agency-Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
X Agency (the “Agency”), with a principal place of business in New York, represented by [Rep Name],

Monika (the “Creator”), with a principal place of business in Los Angeles, legally known as [Legal Name], operating under the OnlyFans username "username".
The Agency agrees to provide the following services to the Creator:

This Agreement shall commence on July 8, 2025, and continue until December 13, 2025, unless terminated earlier as described herein.

All content created remains the sole property of the Creator. The Agency is granted a limited license to use and promote the content during the contract term, strictly for marketing purposes related to this Agreement.
Both parties shall comply with the OnlyFans Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Creator remains solely responsible for compliance of all published content.
The Agency’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Creator under this Agreement. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The Agency operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee. This Agreement does not form a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond their control, including platform outages, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
